Return & Exchange Policy

Policy

While we boast that, “returns of our products never happen” we still acknowledge the unlikely possibility. We will do what is necessary to make it right for you.

Refund or Returns must be made 14 days from delivery date. If 14 days have passed and not exceeded 90 days, we can offer a credit to be used for Gendarme.com.  Please contact service@gendarme.com. Include the order number and reason for return or exchange.

Process

To initiate return or exchange. Please contact us by:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send email confirmation that your return was accepted and refund has been issued. If item is not eligible for return, we will notify you by email.

Refunds are issued back to the payment method used to place the order. Refunds will be credited to your account in the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for refund to post to your account. Please note that your original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.

***Shipping charge to return or exchange  will be deducted from the total refund.

 

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 3-10 business days. In the case funds do not appear in your account, contact your credit card company as process time varies. 

Please contact us if funds arennot received after 10 business days. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please email us at service@gendarme.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Gifts

If the item was  as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an emailed e-gift card for the value of your return or returned to the original form of payment.

Shipping returns

Returs are complimentary and a  return label will be emailed  to you via Stamps.com . Please return items in a secure box and attach label.
