Our Fulfillment Center ships out of California, Monday-Friday. 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100.

All domestic ground orders are processed within 1-3 business days with an estimated delivery of 1-6 business days once shipped.
*Free shipping only applies to addresses in the Continental U.S.

UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS 3Day with Prioritized Handling 

To guarantee same-day prioritized handling, orders must be placed by 12:30PM PST Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12:30PM PST may miss the UPS cutoff time, and begin their transit the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12:30PM PST, Saturday & Sunday, will be shipped Monday. UPS guarantees delivery times Monday-Friday.  

We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. We do not recommend upgrading the shipping if within the 1-3 Day Zones on this UPS Ground Outbound Shipping Map. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please email us at service@gendarme.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Please contact UPS or USPS to file claim.
